evening offering fitness center comfortable room
i stayed in a premier twin room it was very comfortable. the fitness center had a huge range of machines and weights i used it daily. le salon had a decent evening offering i enjoyed the snacks.
the room's lighting was a little limited i had some trouble unpacking.

the rooms are fabulous and within walking distance of key tourist attractions. the hotel has a fully sheltered connection to a food court. there is also a mall and subway.
i was really looking forward to my stay especially since it's marketed as the flagship hotel. the staff greeted me with a cold almost robotic demeanor. the room was small dated and lacked luxurious touches.

executive tower rocks
kind staff extra drinks tender chops better experience
i found the staff kind. they advised me to grab food and drinks first since i arrived late! the bartender even offered extra drinks. the food was good, the lamb chops tender. i had a much better experience than expected!
The lighting in my room was not ideal. Packing and unpacking was tricky. i'm not that tall, but the basin height felt off. and the shower knob was a little loose. that's really it!

the fitness center had ample space! it was well-equipped with treadmills and weights, comparable to a full health club. i saw many people using the machines and enjoying the open layout, too

the hotel staff was exemplary from the housekeepers to the check-in person. every employee showed respect and greeted me whenever i entered the lobby! they even walked me to the elevator and offered to carry things, wow.

Le salon is great. buffet breakfast, afternoon tea, snacks and drinks are available all day! the dinner buffet includes alcohol. i really enjoyed the variety and quality. It was so worth it
